TECHNOLOGY

We use the latest in office and communications technology, including a secured wide area local computer network and provide remote access to our computer. Our data servers are backed up nightly to an off-site storage facility.

All workstations use the latest Microsoft operating systems and Windows based applications. We use Practice Master and Outlook in an integrated software program for document management, e-mail, database management, calendaring, case scheduling and Internet access. We can scan and e-mail documents, and use Adobe 8 to review scanned .pdf files, which offers yet another option for clients to send and receive documents to and from our attorneys/firm. Organization and attention to detail are extremely important to us.

Research Tools. We perform research in an electronic format on Westlaw and access that information online. In our opinion we are able to work more quickly and efficiently by utilizing on line electronic research, and that benefits our clients.

We also communicate regularly with our clients via the Internet. As a result, we are more accessible and responsive to our client's needs.
